• Acceptance

  By using this site and the presave feature, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

• Age requirement

  You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. In the European Economic Area and the UK you must be at least 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under those ages.

• What we do with presave

  When you pre-save, we store your Spotify user ID and a token so we can add the track to your Spotify library on release day. We may store an optional email if you give it. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• Automatic likes and reposts

  Download gates offer an optional, off-by-default box asking us to like and repost future releases from your SoundCloud account. Ticking it authorises exactly those two actions on future releases, and nothing else, until you switch it off — we keep your SoundCloud connection alive for as long as it is on. Downloads never require it. Turn off automatic likes and reposts at any time, or revoke access in your SoundCloud settings (Settings → Connections).

• Spotify

  The presave feature uses Spotify's platform. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Spotify platform or our integration. To disconnect our app from your Spotify account: Spotify app → Settings → Apps → find this app → Remove access.

• Remove your presave

  You can remove your presave at any time from the presave success page using the 'Remove my presave' button. For data deletion requests, contact us via the Contact page.

• Your responsibility

  You use the site at your own risk. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access systems you’re not allowed to, or use it for anything illegal.

• No warranty

  The site and presave feature are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or that the track will be added at an exact time.

• Changes

  We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The current version is always on this page.

  For a copy of your data or to request deletion, see our Contact page. We’ll respond to legitimate requests in a reasonable time.
